We have touched on a number of decisions of the UK Supreme Court (Justices pictured above) on this blog before, i.e. Holland. BBC Four have recently aired an excellent programme entitled 'The Highest Court in the Land: Justice Makers.' It makes essential viewing for all insolvency minded individuals, but also for all citizens! The subject of bankruptcy is only mentioned once (the part where Lord Hope is in his Edinburgh study) and this is really in a tangental sense, but issues surrounding the subject, such as the Radmacher case on pre-nuptial arrangements, are discussed at some lengthy.
