The House of Lords panel for the Sigma Finance appeal has been distributed. The hearing starts tomorrow (Wednesday 1 July – Thursday 2 July) under the name of: In re Sigma Finance Corporation (in Administrative Receivership) and In re the Insolvency Act 1986 (First appeal); In re Sigma Finance Corporation (in Administrative Receivership) and In re the Insolvency Act 1986 (Second appeal); In re Sigma Finance Corporation (in Administrative Receivership) and In re the Insolvency Act 1986 (Third appeal) (Conjoined Appeals).
