Be sure to listen to my fellow bankruptcy blogger, Mr Stephen Hunt, on Radio Four's File on Four this evening. From a BBC piece highlighting the show it seems as if Steven is not pulling any punches in relation to his brother and sister IPs. The piece notes, inter alia;
"there is no shortage of opportunities for insolvency practitioners to hide malpractice..."
This may set the flavour for the programme, let us hope there is some balance with a response from R3 or one of the RPBs.
