Mr George Bompas QC's third judgment in the Haghighat bankruptcy

Mr George Bompas QC (sitting as a deputy judge of the High Court) has handed down his third judgment in the Haghighat bankruptcy. The case is entitled:  Brittain v Haghighat & Anor [2009] EWHC 934 (Ch).

In a long judgment the learned judge recounts the series of events that have led to this third judgment. The case highlights the vexed issues that can arise (as with litigant in person cases) with some bankruptcy cases.
