I have happened across an interesting website which details the passage of lengthy litigation which relates to, inter alia, a "fraudulent" bankruptcy. The website (corruption in the crown) is of particular interest as it contains a vast archive of primary source materials (i.e. scanned copies) of a number of documents from BERR (now BIS) and the Official Receiver (OR) relating to the "fraudulent" bankruptcy of Mr JME Hoath. This bankruptcy has received judicial attention in:
- Vooght v Hoath [2002] EWHC 1408 (Ch)
- Hoath v Vooght & Ors [2001] EWCA Civ 1136 (12 July 2001) [2001] EWCA Civ 1136.
- Hoath's Application For Judicial Review [2001] EWCA Civ 1153 (9 July 2001)([2001] EWCA Civ 1153
- Hoath v Cripps Harries Hall [2001] EWCA Civ 986 (19 June 2001)
