"Fraudulent" Bankruptcy - some primary source materials online - the Hoath Bankruptcy

I have happened across an interesting website which details the passage of lengthy litigation which relates to, inter alia, a "fraudulent" bankruptcy. The website (corruption in the crown) is of particular interest as it contains a vast archive of primary source materials (i.e. scanned copies) of a number of documents from BERR (now BIS) and the Official Receiver (OR) relating to the "fraudulent" bankruptcy of Mr JME Hoath. This bankruptcy has received judicial attention in:

The primary source materials will be of note for those interested in fraudulent bankruptcy. In particular the way in which the Insolvency Service and BERR pursue these issues is of note.
