The world of insolvency has been touched by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II's 2009 birthday honours list. Mr Robert Andrew Woolley has been awarded an OBE. The citation reads:
"Robert Andrew Woolley, manager, Debt Relief Order Unit, Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, public and voluntary service."
Mr Woolley is an Assistant Official-Receiver. This is great news for personal insolvency regulation and of course closely follows the MBE awarded to Ms Gill Hankey of the Bankruptcy Advisory Services (BAS).
